Who can join our referral mortgage program?

Anyone with a business in Australia can become a “Non Conforming Loans” Affiliate / Referral Partner. This means that any business or individual that has a registered abn and has not been banned from engaging in credit activities can join our program. Businesses in related fields are in the best position to refer work to us (such as Accountants, Financial Advisors, Lawyers, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Buyers Agents etc – but not limited to).

Affiliate Referral Commission

All referral fees are based upon the loan draw-down amount at settlement and are a flat commission.

1. Settled Loans 0.25% inclusive of GST

All referral fees are payable within 30 days of the following month after settlement of a referred loan of $100,000 and above.

How to Join

Joining our Affiliate Program is easy

1. Simply complete the short online Affiliate application form
2. If accepted we will send you a referral agreement to sign and send back.
