Who can join our affiliate / referral mortgage program?

Non Conforming Loans has developed a lead tracking system that keeps your affiliate ID with the referred lead during the process of loan application through to settlement. You can use your unique affiliate link on your website to generate leads or refer customers manually using our secure Referral Form where Surname & Loan Amount fields will automatically propagate to your program for tracking. You will be updated with details of your milestones through to settlement with earnings transferred to you by direct bank deposit. We provide our Affiliates / Referrers with a high level of support, superior lead tracking and easy access to a variety of links and banners.

Anyone with a business in Australia can become a “Non Conforming Loans” Affiliate / Referral Partner. This means that any business or individual that has a registered abn and has not been banned from engaging in credit activities can join our program. Businesses in related fields are in the best position to refer work to us (such as Comparison Sites, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Lawyers, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Buyers Agents etc – but not limited to).

Affiliate Referral Commission

All referral fees are based upon the loan draw-down amount at settlement and are a flat commission.

1. Prime Loans 0.25% inclusive of GST for (No credit Impairment).
2. Subprime/credit impaired or specialist loans we will pay 0.50% inclusive of GST – should a mandate not be charged to the referred client then the payment will be 0.25% inclusive of GST only.

Any prime loan referrals that are converted to subprime throughout the application process will be honoured under the subprime fee policy and paid accordingly to our referral partners.

All referral fees are payable within 30 days of the following month after settlement of a referred loan of $100,000 and above.

How does it work?

The process is very simple:

1. Visitor clicks on an affiliate link from your site and gets redirected to our landing page or a Referral Form is submitted by you.
2. The IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
3. If a Lead is generated  (the lead does not need to be placed during the same browser session – cookies and IPs are stored up to a configurable amount of time – 30 days), the lead will be registered as a lead for you and you will receive commission for this lead when a mortgage has settled.

How to Join

Joining our Affiliate Program is easy

2. If accepted we will send you a referral agreement to sign and send back.
3. Choose the banners or links that you want to use.
4. Copy and paste the html code we supply to your website, newsletter, etc.
